WARM FLOW YOGA
5:30 PM – 6:30 PM TUESDAY
Join Mary Mullane for a fifty-minute warm-flow yoga class. Enjoy a yoga class with an extra warm environment to help loosen your joints and muscles up that will make you sweat. This warm yoga fitness class is for all-level students. It will help you restore the physical body as well as calm the nervous system.
