STRETCH & INVERT
5:30 PM – 6:30 PM WEDNESDAY
Join Allison Yanci for a fifty-minute stretch and invert yoga class. This class uses a combination of core strength and yoga poses. It will help you restore the physical body as well as calm the nervous system. Scented essential oils, warm towels, and hands-on assistance can be provided (optional).
