YOGA SCULPT
5:30 PM – 6:30 PM MONDAY
Join Lauren Lax for a fifty-minute sculpt yoga class. Yoga is an ancient type of body movement that works on breathing, stretching, body balance, mindfulness, endurance, and muscle strength. Many people who practice yoga find that their bodies are flexible and strong and that their minds are calmer and focus. A flowing, dynamic yoga practice that connects movement and breath. This moderately paced flow will help you restore the physical body as well as calm the nervous system.
