POWER VINYASA
11:00 AM – 12:00 NOON SATURDAY
Join Ashleigh Stephenson for power vinyasa class. This class uses a combination of faster pace flow yoga in format. A whole-body physical practice to connect movement builds strength, improves flexibility, and be ready to sweat. It will help you restore the physical body as well as calm the nervous system. Lavender essential oils, warm towels, eye pillows, and hands-on assistance can be provided (optional).
