Join Galerie Wellness for a completely free sixty-minute beginner flow yoga class on the last Friday of each month. Begin your yoga journey and increase your confidence to explore and deepen your yoga understanding. Learn how to link your breath with movement while building mindfulness, strength, and flexibility. This class takes place in an inviting and safe space with the beginner student in mind or the seasoned yogi who would like to come back to their foundation. Safe alignment and options for modifications will be offered. It will help you restore the physical body as well as calm the nervous system.
Yoga is a bridge to connect you to that which you are seeking: answers, solutions, alignment, joy, clarity, worthiness, healing, and love. During class, we explore tapping into this energy field for the purpose of three intentions: Inquiry, Imprint, and Integration. During practice, 8-fields are used sacred prayer, guided meditation, asanas, chanting, sound, breath, reflection, and foundational truths. One could say that the ultimate purpose of practicing yoga is to come into alignment to receive the ancient wisdom that resides within you. Lavender essential oils, warm towels, and hands-on assistance can be provided (optional).
