CHILLAX YOGA
11:00 AM – 12:00 NOON SUNDAY
Join Arden Dalzell for a sixty-minute yoga class. This class uses a combination of rest and relaxation with slow-moving poses to strengthen and build endurance. It will help you restore the physical body as well as calm the nervous system. Lavender essential oils, warm towels, eye pillows, and hands-on assistance can be provided (optional).
