Lauren Lax

Lauren Lax is an ambitious, enthusiastic lover of all things fitness. Along with her current certifications, she is also pursuing her certifications in wellness coaching and nutrition. She loves to stay active by walking, bike riding, doing Pilates, yoga, and going to the gym. She found her passion for health during her recovery from anorexia and bulimia, turning it into an opportunity to pursue all forms of well-being to the highest degree. She is dedicated to her work and her dream is to share her love for all things fitness with others to help them become their best selves.
